We had a big discussion last night about how when he woke up he was gonna go pee in the potty and put on big boy underwear.
Well, the first thing he did when he got up this morning was barf everywhere! I was pretty sure we weren’t going to follow through with the whole peeing in the potty thing, but I noticed he was still dry 30 minutes after taking a bath. I asked him if he wanted to go pee in the potty and he said he did.
We got in there and sat for about 5 minutes. After some talking and playing he got really quiet and his face turned SUPER serious and he peed! He was so proud of himself. Everyone was clapping and cheering him on and making a big deal out of it!
After he was done, we put on his big boy underwear. He has managed to stay dry and go pee 3 more times up to this point today. He fell asleep a couple of hours ago (I guess from not feeling well) and I just slide a pull-up on over his underwear. I hope he’s dry when he gets up, if not I am sure he will still be excited to go!

He woke up from his nap completely dry and went potty for the FIFTH time today! YAY Maddie!
